The proceedings of the Second Meeting of the APS Topical Group on Hadronic Physics will be published in the open access Journal of Physics: Conference Series. (JPCS) which is published by the Institute of Physics Publishing in the UK.

Upon publication the proceedings will be free to download.

Submission of papers

Authors must supply their electronic files directly to Eric Swanson (swansone@pitt.edu) The Conference Organising Committee (Kees, Craig and Eric) will thereafter arrange peer review, collect together the accepted papers and forward them to Institute of Physics Publishing. Authors should not send any files directly to Institute of Physics Publishing. A transfer of copyright form should be filled out and sent to

Preparation of papers

All papers should be prepared using Journal of Physics: Conference Series guidelines. Full instructions including the JPCS open access copyright form, templates in LaTeX and Microsoft Word and guidelines on graphics preparation, may be downloaded directly from here or, alternatively, follow the Guidelines for authors link in the orange panel on the left of the JPCS home page.

There is no need to send a hard copy.

The deadline has been extended to 29 January, 2007.
