Previously, Crater and Van Alstine [1] employed Dirac's relativistic constraint dynamics to derive Two-Body Dirac equations which were subsequently applied successfully to obtain a covariant nonperturbative description of QED and QCD bound states [2]. We use this formalism to generalize the microscopic theory of meson-meson scattering developed by Barnes and Swanson [3,4] from the nonrelativistic to the relativistic domain.
