We performed precision measurements of the masses and lifetimes of ^M b-hadrons in exclusive \jpsi -decay modes, and high-statistics^M lifetime measurements in semileptonic decays collected with CDF II.^M The measurements of the $\Lambda_b$, $B_s$, $B^0$ and $B^+$ masses^M are the current world's best. The value of the $\Lambda_b$ mass is^M consistent with the CDF run I measurement resolving a discrepancy in the^M PDG average. ^M The lifetime results are compared with previous measurements and theoretical^M predictions. Additionally, we present measurements of the^M polarization amplitudes of B_s \to J/\psi\phi and B^0 \to J/\psi K_0^M decays. The transversity amplitude of B_s decay is used to separate^M B_s even and odd CP eigenstates and hence determine the B_s Lifetime^M difference \Delta\Gamma/\Gamma.^M
