Hybrid Decay Tables

The following tables are taken from P.R. Page, E.S Swanson, and A.P. Szczepaniak, hep-ph/9808346. Please refer to this work if you use these tables in your research.

The tables include predictions for hybrid decays calculated in the "³S₁" model of E.S. Swanson and A.P. Szczepaniak, Phys. Rev. D56, 5692 (1997) and the flux tube decay model of N. Isgur, R. Kokoski, and J. Paton, Phys. Rev. Lett. 54 , 869 (1985) (see also F.E. Close and P.R. Page, Nucl. Phys. B443, 233 (1995); Phys. Rev. D52, 1706 (1995).).

The columns are labeled as follows:

• alt An alternative wavefunction parameter set in the ³S₁ model
• high mass ³S₁ model with hybrid masses increased by 200 MeV
• standard the ³S₁ model predictions. These may be compared to column 1 to estimate wavefunction uncertainties.
• IKP the predictions of the IKP model

• Isovector Hybrid Decay Modes
2^-+ 1^-+ 1^-- 2^+- 0^-+ 1^+- 0^+- 1⁺⁺
• Isoscalar Hybrid Decay Modes
